Numbering collisions — Mataf vs HRM

Mataf and HRM run separate vendor-number sequences, so the same number can be two different companies. Where that happened, one vendor was inheriting the other's advances and guarantees. The engine now scopes every advance row to its true owner — this is what it excluded, and what the contamination was hiding.
Loading the sweep…

Extract Hold

Approved-Not-Paid amounts held because the vendor's verdict is Doesn't permit payment — release through the override approval cycle.

Held vendors

Press “Load Hold List” to view.

Transaction Allocation

Move any vendor transaction to another contract — audit-stamped, wins over auto-matching in every future report.

Includes advance payments, guarantees, LCs and approved-not-paid items. Generation runs in the background — you'll receive it on the chosen channel within a few minutes.

LSTK SOA

The full Vendor Position — Overview, Backlog, Advance status, LCs, Approved-not-paid and Analysis by contract — through the MOF LSTK lens: GL Date from Aug-2023 only, zero opening. Delivered by e-mail.
REQUEST LSTK SOA· MOF LSTK lens · GL Date ≥ Aug-2023
All projects are selected — toggle to narrow.
Same engine as Vendor Position; only transactions with GL Date ≥ 01-Aug-2023 enter the figures. Generation takes ~1–3 minutes; the Excel and PDF are e-mailed to the recipient (downloaded here if the mailer fails).

Internal Audit

Audit observation follow-up — every management action plan with live ageing. Updates are journaled with your identity and audited.

Balance Confirmations

External vendor balance circularization — snapshot a campaign from the published dataset, generate branded confirmation letters, track replies. Sending is master-only: a confirmation carries a confidential balance to an external address.

Extract Data Architecture

What the engine holds and what it can answer — live from the published dataset. Every figure aggregates the same reconstruction the SOA reports certify; items outside the vendor sub-ledger are marked with the external source they need, never approximated.
Loading the extraction…

Client IPCs (AR)

Live receivables inquiry — every Interim Payment Certificate issued to the client (MOF; UEMS series to NWC) with certified value, net claim and collection state. The IPCs Database workbook seeds the register once; thereafter this page is the inquiry surface.

Vendor Case Files

The portal's institutional memory, per vendor — correction memos, claim adjudications, vendor replies (EN/AR) and consultant correspondence. Items live in the Drive Knowledge folder named KB <vendor> - <YYYY-MM-DD> - <type> - <title>; merged vendors (e.g. 9991) surface every member's files. The same items ride along as the Case File sheet on Vendor Position reports.

Closing Cockpit

The group consolidated financial statements domain — cycle —. P0: the close cockpit seeded from the EY 2026 audit plan (every target, owner and deadline, tracked live) and the entity register. Package intake, the consolidation engine and the issuance ladder arrive per the approved roadmap.
▾ Open full cockpit — REPORTING PACKAGESRegister a division's approved reporting package here (the account-mapping baseline is read from it), plus every EY target card and the entity register.

Interdivision Reconciliation

THE HUB for inter-division reconciliation: every division submits its statement — the full reporting package or the lightweight IC form — right here; the engine recomputes the matrix on every submission, tends the disputes, and cross-checks every pair (a receivable must equal its counterparty's payable; anything else is a break).
Full reporting packages and IC forms both land here. Amounts in FULL SAR — the engine flags ×1000 scale drift, but let’s not feed it. A resubmission supersedes your earlier one; every submission recomputes the matrix automatically.
·

Cross-check matrix rows declare · columns are the counterparty · cell = declaring division's net (its books)

Run the reconciliation to build the matrix.
Cell pair (A,B)+(B,A) must net to zero. MATCHED ×1000 SCALE MISMATCH ONE-SIDED / SILENT

Pair results ·

Disputes — ICD documents ·

No disputes for this period. Breaks become disputes with "Raise disputes ⚑" — each gets owners, a deadline and the daily chase ladder; a dispute clears only when resolved (with a note) or accepted (with a reason on the record). A later run that shows the pair matched resolves its dispute automatically.

Unrecognised counterparties rows the register could not resolve to a division — never guessed, always surfaced

—

Consolidation Run

The machine draft of the consolidation working — validated packages aggregated through the governed account map, interdivision balances eliminated ONLY where the reconciliation proved the pair, every unproven break blocked and stated. A shadow run: it proposes, it never posts.
·

Group trial balance per division → eliminations → consolidated · net signed (debit +, credit −)

Build the run to draft the working.

Eliminations proposed only where the reconciliation MATCHED — everything else is blocked, on the record

Account Mapping

Where every division account lands in the group statements — governed in a register, changed only through MCR documents, never inside a spreadsheet. New accounts get a proposed mapping with a declared confidence; a human approves, the engine never posts.
·

The map ·

MCR history every change to the map, with its reason — the trail EY reads

Working Capital Cockpit

Both sides of the program on one page — billed vs collected from the client (AR register), payable vs recovery on the vendor ledger (published dataset), and outstanding guarantee exposure (APG register). The net position is indicative: the two sides are different sub-ledgers on different bases.
Loading the cockpit…

Combined Vendor Position

Group the accounts of ONE beneficiary that runs under several vendor numbers and projects (incl. Mataf's own numbering) into a single workbook: per-account certified balances, combined net, annual activity and the merged statement. The combination is presentational — it asserts no legal set-off. For the FULL Vendor Position report (all sections, e-mailed): permanent groups are registered as virtual vendors — search them on the normal Vendor Position form (e.g. 9991 — Premier Composite ( Full ), 9999 — BT Applied ( Full )) and run it exactly like any vendor.
No accounts added yet — search above and click a vendor to add it.

Vendor Invoices — online intake

Tax invoices submitted DIRECTLY by suppliers through the supplier portal (/vendor) — accounts dual-verified (e-mail + mobile), every submission carries its attached tax-invoice copy, validated at the door and journaled. Decide each: Under review → Received / Rejected (note mandatory; the vendor is e-mailed).

Vendor Sign-off Workbench

Sign off a vendor's position for one project. Your name and date are permanently recorded and audited, then routed for approval — Initial Approval → Accounting Manager. Only the Accounting Manager's final approval labels the record "Signed-off" on Vendor 360 and the Vendor Position dashboard — and FREEZES every transaction allocation dated on or before the sign-off date (changeable only via a Change request the Accounting Manager approves).

Contracts Register

The contracts master, stewarded from the portal: values, owning vendors and advance % — corrections are recorded as an audited OVERRIDE layer that wins at the next dataset rebuild; the master workbook stays the human source to update at leisure.
Search the register, or tick "Missing" to see contracts the SOAs certify work against that the register does not list (the C/1065 class).

Application firewall: …

Every request is filtered before any function runs — method allow-list, scanner and honeypot quarantine, IP allow / deny lists, country rule, per-address and per-account rate limits, brute-force lockout, size caps and an injection scan. Blocks are written to the audit trail. Monitor records without blocking — prove a new rule there first.
